Allied Automotive is, without question, one of the best automotive shops I have ever experienced. After an initial inspection elsewhere, I was told they did not perform transmission work and was given only a broad list of possible concerns. I came to Allied for their free second opinion, and what they provided was far beyond anything I expected. Their evaluation was remarkably thorough, detailed, and comprehensive—easily one of the most in-depth inspections I have received for any car I’ve owned. The level of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team was exceptional. They didn’t rush through the process or leave me feeling confused; they took the time to assess my vehicle carefully, explain what they found, and make sure I understood my options. Their expertise gave me clarity and peace of mind during what could have been a very overwhelming situation. What impressed me most was the customer service. Adam was really helpful with the rear wheel bearing repair. He kept the details easy to understand, stayed on top of what needed to be handled, and made the process feel clean from start to finish. I appreciated that everything was clear without a bunch of extra back and forth. Adam came across as professional, practical, and easy to trust.

I took my car in because my air conditioning wasn’t working. Later in the day I received a detailed electronic report showing the health of my vehicle. Being that my vehicle has almost 200,000 miles on it, I was a bit shocked to see all of the issues that were found. Jen called me and went over the report. We worked on a solution together. I ended up having Allied take care of some of the problems that I couldn’t handle myself and decided to tackle the rest myself. As a person with pretty strong mechanical ability, I find it tough to pay people to do work. Allied Automotive will be getting more business from me though. They did excellent, quality work on my car. It drives great. The air conditioning is working again! Their customer service was excellent. They went above what I asked them to do.

Allied Automotive is incredible! I brought my beloved Jeep to them after being quoted an astronomical price at the dealership for my AC repair! They not only provided a loaner for me while getting my Jeep fixed, but they also provided detail reports throughout the entire process and kept me updated and informed while they worked on my car. They provided a second opinion for my Jeep at no additional cost and the best part was that they fixed the problem for 1/3 of the cost that the dealership quoted me! I am very satisfied and happy with my experience here and will be referring them to those close to me, as well as taking my Jeep here for future work. I appreciate you guys and your wonderfully kind staff that were nice, helpful, and very resourceful!

Allied exceeded my expectations in a way I didn’t think a mechanic shop could. From the moment I called, Jen stood out immediately. She’s unlike anyone I’ve ever spoken to in this industry; patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. As a woman, calling mechanics can feel intimidating, and there’s always that concern about being overcharged or not fully understanding what’s being recommended. Jen completely removed that stress. She took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel confident in every step. I initially called about a Mercedes, and they brought it in and ran a scan at no charge, which was a huge plus. Even though I may end up trading that vehicle in, it really showed me how they operate; with transparency and no pressure. I also learned they offer vehicle inspections if you’re thinking about buying a car, which is something I’ll absolutely be using in the future. What really sealed it for me was the work they did on our truck. It’s now running like new. They resolved the check engine light and didn’t push unnecessary repairs, everything they recommended felt honest and reasonable. That level of trust is rare.
